 The wood is 100% French, it comes from our forests in the South-East of France (Jura and Alps). Beech is chosen for its resistance, it is a hardwood species particularly suitable for cutting boards.
 Each board is oiled for natural protection. The oil that has been applied is based on linseed oil with reinforced formula, it is certified for food contact.
